Lead and coordinate front-of-house operations at a fast-casual plant-based restaurant. Guide FOH team, maintain hospitality standards, enforce food safety, organize and deep-clean FOH areas, support closing/locking/arming the building, perform physical tasks including lifting, and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Oversee daily restaurant operations on a high-volume rooftop fine-dining concept: supervise and coach staff, manage scheduling and labor, ensure food safety and alcohol compliance, handle guest recovery, and maintain hospitality standards to create repeat customers.
