Lead U.S. GAAP month-end, quarter, and year-end close activities; prepare and review financial statements; analyze variances; manage reconciliations and complex journal entries; support consolidations and ERP transformation (requirements, UAT, data validation); maintain internal controls; collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, IT; mentor junior staff and drive automation and system enhancements.

Lead design and delivery of global sales training programs, leveraging AI-driven learning tools and LMS capabilities. Build onboarding, coaching, certification and mentoring programs, measure learning impact, manage one direct report, and partner cross-functionally to align sales readiness with business goals.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue schedules; analyze bookings, billings, deferred revenue and churn; support US GAAP revenue recognition, audits, system improvements, and cross-functional data quality efforts.

Lead and own international accounting for global entities: drive month-end close, statutory and internal audits, VAT/GST compliance, and consolidation. Manage international accounting team, third-party accountants, and audit processes. Champion process improvements and automation, maintain accounting policies, and partner with business leaders to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across jurisdictions.

Investigate and resolve escalated customer disputes and aged receivables, reconcile accounts, coordinate with internal teams and external collection/legal partners, produce monthly reporting, and support month/end and year/end close activities using ERP and AR automation tools.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for manufacturing customers: gather requirements, map shopfloor and engineering processes (CTO/ETO), configure systems, support testing and data migration, run user training, and guide go-live while collaborating with German and Dutch teams to grow the German market.
