Onboard and support Global Edge ERP customers through implementation, go-live, training, and post-implementation support. Own full-cycle recruiting for Corporate and Go-to-Market roles across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, and G&A. Responsibilities include intake strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, stakeholder advising, offer negotiation, candidate experience, ATS record maintenance, and recruiting progress reporting. The recruiter will manage multiple requisitions, use AI tools to improve workflows, and partner with hiring managers in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, professional services, or B2B environment.
