Provide HR administrative support across payroll, benefits, recruitment, compliance and employee records. Own training and development functions, design and deliver learning programmes, manage training administration, coordinate onboarding, produce People reports, maintain HRIS, and ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and regulatory reporting.

Develop and maintain recon products across front-end and back-end: write and optimize T-SQL, build responsive Angular/ASP.NET UIs, ensure PCI-compliant secure code, implement tests and performance tuning, provide application support, collaborate with stakeholders, and document specifications and test results.
