Responsibilities include reviewing settlement statements and legal entity documents, coordinating with title companies and notaries, preparing wire disbursements, drafting assignments and endorsements, organizing loan files, shipping collateral packages, and uploading digital records. The role also conducts research and supports projects involving regulatory and borrower-related issues.
