Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Easy Street Capital in both verbal and written communications
- Reach out to prospective borrowers and leads to earn their business
- Generate and prospect your own business (speak at industry events, host meetups/seminars to build your book of business and promote the Easy Street Capital brand)
- Generate and close sales quotas on a monthly basis
- Provide feedback to marketing team to optimize strategies across various marketing activities; online ads, social media, email campaigns, events, etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships with borrowers with a long-term perspective
Skills Desired
- HubSpot or comparable CRM software experience (preferred)
- Investment real estate experience (preferred)
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence on phone
- High level of drive with strong desire to succeed
- Ability to handle rejection
- Positive attitude with a “team player” mentality
- Self-starter who can identify areas of opportunity without direction
