Provides technical field support for fleet technology products, coordinates customer implementations, conducts demonstrations and training, supports troubleshooting, and develops sales opportunities for safety cameras and related equipment technology. Partners with customers, technicians, manufacturers, and sales teams while managing projects, customer relationships, quotations, and ongoing product support across the company’s operating footprint.

Supports aftermarket sales by building customer relationships, following up with accounts, obtaining orders, developing new business, assisting territory coverage, and growing sales. The role provides training and is intended to transition into an Outside Sales Representative position. Responsibilities require customer service, communication, presentation, follow-up, independent work, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Develops and grows a sales territory for warehouse storage and material handling solutions. Responsibilities include generating new business, designing consultative solutions, managing customer relationships, following up on leads, coordinating projects through installation, and collaborating with operations teams. The role also involves attending trade shows and industry events, presenting solutions, and supporting customer success across the Allentown, Pennsylvania market.
