Coordinates mission-readiness for assigned charter flights, including dispatch paperwork, weather, crews, security and medical personnel, fuel, maintenance, aircraft status, international clearances, catering, ground handling, lodging, transportation, permits, and slots. Maintains real-time flight status boards, escalates risks, supports irregular operations and short-notice trip builds, conducts post-flight debriefs, negotiates costs, and files invoices. Requires on-site aviation operations work with frequent airport travel and flexible around-the-clock scheduling.

Coordinates global charter flight operations from origin to destination, including ground handling, catering, permits, transportation, fueling, flight following, regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and contingency planning. The role manages disruptions, supports safety and on-time performance, collaborates with charter sales and operations teams, and ensures service quality and schedule integrity. Travel and flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Manages airline flight training programs for B-777 and B-767 operations, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and the approved Flight Operations Training Manual. Schedules training, oversees instructors and courseware, maintains secure qualification records, coordinates workshops, reviews evaluation data, supports process improvements, and resolves invoice discrepancies. The role also monitors crew and dispatcher qualification lapses and collaborates with Flight Operations, Inflight, contractors, vendors, and company leadership.

Administer aircraft maintenance training records and systems while ensuring compliance with FAA 14 CFR Part 121 and company manuals. Coordinate internal and vendor training events, manage AMOS, SilverWings, SkyPrep, and CPaT, track initial and recurrent requirements, verify documentation, develop schedules, and produce certification reports. Support curriculum delivery, software evaluations, departmental administration, and continuous improvement across the Maintenance organization.

Manage airline security programs, including Ground Security Coordinator oversight, security training, airport credentials, flight crew credentials, TSA audits, investigations, compliance reviews, and security documentation. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, airport authorities, vendors, law enforcement, and operational departments. Maintain manifest and credentialing compliance, support corrective actions, respond to security incidents, and provide 24/7 on-call leadership for domestic and international operations.
