Manages complex accounts payable activities, including reviewing carrier invoices, resolving discrepancies, reconciling statements, processing payments and direct deposits, responding to inquiries, and monitoring aging reports. Maintains carrier relationships, handles escalated issues, supports accounting teams, assists with training and cross-training, and identifies process improvements while ensuring accurate financial data and timely payments.

Processes carrier invoices, quick-pay invoices, direct deposits, remittance requests, and payment-status inquiries. Reviews documentation, monitors queues and aging reports, researches discrepancies, resolves refund requests, and communicates with carriers and factoring companies. The role also answers accounting department calls, maintains carrier relationships, supports accounting teams, and develops proficiency in McLeod, Navix, and general accounting processes.

Manages safety, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and claims programs across transportation, fleet, yard, and warehouse operations. Oversees driver qualifications, DOT and OSHA compliance, vehicle maintenance, hazmat requirements, safety audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, insurance claims, customer compliance, and safety KPI reporting. Uses Samsara, Ditat, and Excel to analyze performance, identify trends, and report results to leadership.

Drive new business and manage customer relationships for EASE Logistics through prospecting, onsite meetings, CRM tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Support billing/AR issues, meet sales quotas, attend events, and provide market feedback to operations.

The Account Manager builds relationships with key accounts, analyzes KPI metrics, organizes business reviews, identifies opportunities, collaborates with departments, and oversees operations ensuring client satisfaction and compliance through effective communication and leadership.

The Director of Product Development will lead product vision, AI strategy, manage teams, and ensure the development of an AI-enabled logistics platform. Responsibilities include building partnerships, managing product budgets, overseeing data science efforts, and establishing KPIs for performance and development.

The Enterprise Sales Representative will generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain relationships with Mid Market and Enterprise customers, focusing on growth and alignment with EASE’s services.
