Owns and grows the company’s digital storefront by prioritizing website enhancements, coordinating cross-functional technical projects, managing integrations, and improving the online purchasing experience. Supports early-stage hiring for entry-level roles by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, documenting activity in the ATS, and submitting qualified candidates for recruiter review. The role manages multiple requisitions, completes approximately 25 phone screens daily, and supports recruiting projects while developing toward more independent recruiting responsibilities under close guidance.

Full-cycle, quota-carrying Account Manager responsible for expanding revenue within existing B2B or SaaS accounts. Duties include outbound prospecting, stakeholder engagement, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM updates, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires a hunter mentality and the ability to create and close new opportunities within assigned accounts.
