Leads sales enablement operations, including sales administration, onboarding, training, CRM adoption, pipeline processes, documentation, reporting, and workflow improvement. Manages the Sales Administration team and partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to improve execution, accountability, process consistency, and scalability across the sales organization.

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in an assigned construction-industry territory. Build pipelines through prospecting, networking, referrals, and events; present and demonstrate EarthCam solutions; manage proposals, negotiations, and closings; maintain CRM accuracy; and grow customer accounts through relationship building, repeat business, and expansion opportunities. The role requires customer visits, trade show attendance, and territory travel as needed.

Owns and grows the company’s digital storefront by prioritizing website enhancements, coordinating cross-functional technical projects, managing integrations, and improving the online purchasing experience. Oversees timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication while using analytics, A/B testing, attribution modeling, conversion optimization, and customer-journey analysis to improve performance.

Supports the sales team by preparing proposals, researching bid opportunities, maintaining CRM records, routing qualified leads, coordinating meetings and events, managing deadlines, and completing administrative office tasks. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, customer service, and English-language skills in a fast-paced environment.

Manage assigned customer accounts from onboarding through renewal by driving product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Conduct proactive outreach, monitor account health, resolve issues, document activity in CRM systems, and collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams. The role requires managing multiple accounts, maintaining follow-up processes, meeting KPIs, and supporting renewal conversations.

Manage accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors, process invoices, maintain accounts, record entries, reconcile accounts, analyze workflows, and build vendor relationships. The role also supports process and procedure adoption while using accounting, purchasing, and office software.

Lead and execute automated end-to-end, integration, API, and UI testing across React, Laravel/PHP, REST API, and mobile applications. Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, REST Assured, Java, and TestNG; establish quality strategies, coverage, documentation, and CI/CD quality gates. Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams, conduct code reviews, mentor quality engineers, and promote shift-left testing and Agile QA practices.

Provide first-level, customer-facing support for EarthCam security camera and video monitoring products: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; review footage; assist onboarding and system setup; document cases; escalate complex issues to engineering; coordinate with field services and internal teams to ensure system reliability and customer success.

Supports early-stage hiring for entry-level roles by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, documenting activity in the ATS, and submitting qualified candidates for recruiter review. The role manages multiple requisitions, completes approximately 25 phone screens daily, and supports recruiting projects while developing toward more independent recruiting responsibilities under close guidance.
