Lead operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse. Drive margin improvement, supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, production throughput, KPI reporting, and cross-functional financial alignment to improve working capital and operational efficiency.

Manage and expand strategic construction and infrastructure accounts, driving multi-project adoption of EarthCam solutions. Develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, guide complex solution sales, maintain CRM forecasting, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Provide first-level, customer-facing support for EarthCam security camera and video monitoring products: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; review footage; assist onboarding and system setup; document cases; escalate complex issues to engineering; coordinate with field services and internal teams to ensure system reliability and customer success.
