Leads sales enablement and administration by managing support teams, improving onboarding and training, enforcing CRM and pipeline processes, maintaining documentation, supporting coaching, and coordinating cross-functional workflow improvements. The role focuses on operational structure, reporting accuracy, process adoption, and scalable sales execution rather than quota-carrying leadership.

Manage accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors, process invoices, maintain account records, reconcile accounts, analyze workflows, and support vendor relationships. The role also involves driving adoption of improved processes and procedures while performing accounting entries and account maintenance.

Sources candidates, conducts qualification and phone screens, manages recruiting pipelines, coordinates interviews, maintains ATS records, communicates with candidates, and supports hiring managers across multiple requisitions. The role also assists with recruiting campaigns, hiring events, workflow organization, and process improvements. It requires at least three years of recruiting or staffing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with ATS platforms.
