Provide administrative and sales support including preparing and proofreading proposals, maintaining CRM, routing inquiries, coordinating meetings and events, managing deadlines, and general office tasks to support the sales team.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for camera-based and IP video systems, performing advanced troubleshooting, network diagnostics (IP/DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP/routing/switching), log analysis, escalation ownership, cross-team collaboration, documentation, system monitoring, and participation in testing and rollouts to maintain reliability and customer success.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic construction and infrastructure accounts by developing account-level business plans, identifying multi-site expansion opportunities, driving adoption of documentation, visual intelligence, and security solutions, collaborating with sales teams, engaging preconstruction stakeholders, and meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
