As a Key Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth in construction accounts, develop business plans, and expand relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on strategic customer engagement and project timelines.

Lead sales training, onboarding, CRM adoption, and sales administration to improve execution, pipeline visibility, and scalable sales processes. Manage Sales Administration team, develop playbooks and training, reinforce CRM standards, coordinate cross-functionally, and implement operational improvements to increase sales productivity and enablement impact.

Lead identification, evaluation, and launch of strategic partnerships and integrations. Manage partner onboarding, cross-functional execution, timelines, and performance. Serve as primary partner contact, develop business cases, support go-to-market, and continuously optimize partnership-driven product initiatives.
