Own applied data science for content performance, audience behavior, attribution, segmentation, and pilot performance prediction. Build models for engagement, sentiment, conversion, retention, and campaign attribution; track forecast accuracy and calibration; and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Build and support backend architecture for a streaming app, analytics engine, and prediction engine. Own services such as authentication, user profiles, loyalty, and in-app purchases; develop clean, tested code; maintain shared infrastructure; and resolve bugs and incidents. The role requires backend production experience, cloud and Docker proficiency, and familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, message queues, and potentially streaming or payment systems.

Own and design the core backend architecture for a streaming platform, analytics, prediction, and ecommerce. Build ingestion-to-attribution pipelines, implement logging/monitoring, mentor engineers, and make high‑impact architecture decisions across microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Own assigned scripted series from kickoff through delivery: budgets, schedules, crew, locations, vendor coordination, and junior staff management. Build department infrastructure (workflows, templates, systems), maintain talent relationships, and provide creative leadership across multiple simultaneous projects.
