Teams at Early Media

Assistant Editor responsible for ingesting, backing up, organizing, and proxying production media; maintaining Premiere projects; syncing audio; pulling selects; assisting with scene edits; tracking media through delivery and archive; and supporting finishing workflows in DaVinci Resolve. The role also provides on-set media management, including drive preparation, backups, ingest, quality control, and playback. Collaboration with producers, editors, finishing artists, and stakeholders is required.

Own the end-to-end publishing workflow for a slate of titles, including release calendars, content ingestion, quality control, metadata, scheduling, platform presentation, thumbnail and title testing, owned web and newsletter surfaces, and anti-piracy takedowns. Coordinate production, product, distribution, and communications teams while maintaining accurate release status and schedules.

Own end-to-end editing for marketing content, including website videos, social content, trailers, promos, and investor materials. Edit, design, mix, grade, and finish projects independently while incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders. Manage a project queue, organize reusable assets and templates, and deliver content across 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 formats. Create polished work quickly from broad creative direction.
