Partner with the CEO to run company operations: set leadership rhythms, drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end, build systems (ops, finance, contracts, vendor management, reporting), manage external partners, lead executive communications, and support strategic hiring and resource allocation to remove operational bottlenecks.

Lead editorial process for scripted vertical and mixed-format series from assembly through picture lock. Collaborate with directors and producers on story, pacing, and emotional arc; manage edit pipeline with an Assistant Editor; coordinate with color, sound, VFX vendors; and help develop post-production standards while delivering high-volume, platform-optimized cuts for 13–30 year-old audiences.

Own scripted series end-to-end from pre-production through delivery, managing budgets, schedules, crew, and post handoffs. Build production workflows, templates, and scalable systems while sourcing talent and supporting creative direction for a young audience.
