Supervises overnight nursing staff and oversees patient care, admissions, discharges, staffing, clinical emergencies, documentation, and regulatory processes. Provides clinical guidance for complex psychiatric and medical situations, coordinates with insurance entities and security, supports staff training and evaluations, activates emergency plans, and advances quality improvement activities. Requires an active Pennsylvania RN license and at least five years of practicing RN experience, with psychiatric or substance-use facility management experience preferred or evaluated individually.

Coordinates nursing staff schedules across patient care areas, fills staffing gaps, manages agency and per diem assignments, handles call-outs and staffing adjustments, administers PTO and vacation requests, prepares payroll reports, produces staffing performance reports, and maintains the Paycom scheduling system. Requires healthcare setting experience, scheduling and payroll systems experience, a high school diploma or GED, and an associate degree.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership for a mental health treatment unit. Oversees patient services, treatment schedules, quality and regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary coordination, staffing, supervision, performance evaluations, documentation, and program improvement. Collaborates with clinical leadership, payors, referral sources, families, and hospital committees while ensuring adequate staffing and consistent practices across units.

Provides aftercare planning, family counseling, educational groups, and case management support for patients with substance use and psychiatric disorders. Coordinates with probation and parole officers, DHS, DPA, employers, funding sources, and other external systems. Participates in treatment, unit, and program meetings while helping patients maintain connections and plan ongoing care.

Administers and optimizes the HRIS, including configuration, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and data governance. Develops standard and ad hoc reports, KPI dashboards, regulatory reports, and employee survey outputs. Analyzes workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support strategic decisions. Partners with vendors and IT on system enhancements while ensuring data integrity, privacy, and operational efficiency.

Directs the hospital’s physical security program, assesses and mitigates campus risks, develops policies, trains staff, manages security personnel schedules, monitors alarms and surveillance, conducts patrols and inspections, handles incident reporting, supports crisis preparedness, and assists with patient disturbances and emergency response.

Directs accounting operations, supervises accounting staff, coordinates month-end close and financial reporting, manages internal and external audits, oversees third-party reimbursement reporting, supports budgeting and financial analysis, and maintains the SAGE ERP system. The role also implements accounting standards and complex transactions, strengthens internal controls, supports hospital purchasing compliance, and assists with tax filings and financial planning.
