Support phased implementation of change management strategy for a large federal technology modernization program. Lead workstreams, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness assessments, training materials, and metrics tracking while traveling to client sites and maintaining Tier 3 Public Trust eligibility.

Leads client-facing data and analytics projects involving data modernization, governance, business intelligence, automation, systems integration, and process improvement. Translates business needs into technical requirements; designs data pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, APIs, and workflow solutions; implements quality and governance controls; manages projects through adoption; and mentors team members while supporting client relationships and business development.

Provides data analytics, visualization, business intelligence, performance measurement, process improvement, and project support for U.S. Customs and Border Protection clients. Uses Power BI to integrate and analyze data, develop KPIs and reports, document processes, conduct stakeholder interviews, create communications, and identify recommendations. Requires client-site work in the Washington, DC metro area, strong consulting, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, and eligibility for a CBP background investigation.

Lead and execute change management strategy and deliverables for a large federal technology modernization program. Manage teams, engage stakeholders, develop communications and training, support business development, and ensure quality of client engagements. Must travel to client sites as required and obtain eligibility for Tier 3 Public Trust investigations.

Provide consulting support to CBP projects including program/project management, communications, data analytics, process improvement, change management, and client-facing deliverables across the project lifecycle.

Deliver program/project management, workforce and change initiatives, data analytics, process optimization, strategic communications, mentor junior staff, and support business development to improve mission delivery.
