Provide strategic, operational, and analytical consulting support to U.S. Customs and Border Protection projects, including program management, change management, strategic communications, process improvement, data analytics, governance, and workforce engagement. Roles range from analyst to senior advisor and require on-site work in the Washington, DC metro area as needed.

Provide logistics, sustainment, and acquisition support for CBP programs, including sustainment planning, lifecycle cost estimating, readiness analysis, supply chain and asset management coordination, and acquisition milestone support. Work with government and contractor stakeholders to improve operational readiness and lifecycle supportability across DHS mission environments. Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and related logistics documentation and reviews.

Manage full recruiting lifecycle for assigned candidates: resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding prep. Maintain accurate ATS records, support sourcing and referral programs, and partner with hiring teams to meet timelines and improve recruiting processes.
