Provides on-site internal IT support for employees, including PC deployment, onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, MFA and access controls, endpoint and identity management, office infrastructure support, asset tracking, ticket handling, and technical documentation. Supports SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, and automation tools while contributing to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead and execute change management strategy and deliverables for a large federal technology modernization program. Manage teams, engage stakeholders, develop communications and training, support business development, and ensure quality of client engagements. Must travel to client sites as required and obtain eligibility for Tier 3 Public Trust investigations.
