Provides strategic governance and oversight for a purpose-driven healthcare and community services organisation. Responsibilities include setting strategy, monitoring performance and financial sustainability, overseeing clinical governance, quality, safety, risk and compliance, supporting inclusive care, participating in Board and committee meetings, engaging with communities, and contributing to Board evaluation and succession planning.

Provide administrative support to Better Connect mental health and community service programs. Responsibilities include scheduling, meeting coordination, communications, records management, stakeholder liaison, travel coordination, event support, invoice and expense processing, budget tracking, and office management. The role also supports health and safety protocols and administrative system development while assisting the Operations Manager.

Deliver family-centred early intervention through the Early Supports Program. Partner with families to build capacity, coach caregivers, assess child development, promote inclusion and community participation, and apply evidence-informed best practices in early childhood support. Provide outreach across specified regions and engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration.

Provide family-centred early childhood intervention for young children with developmental delays under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. Conduct assessments and observations, deliver evidence-informed supports, coach families and caregivers in everyday environments, connect families to community supports, maintain accurate records in NDIS systems, and guide families through NDIS processes in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.

The Early Years Specialist will support families in child development, provide tailored interventions, connect families to services, and document progress while guiding them through NDIS processes.

Provide holistic financial counselling to individuals and families experiencing vulnerability: intake, assessment, tailored support plans, advocacy and negotiation with creditors, risk assessment (including family violence), referrals, recordkeeping, community engagement, and contributing to program development and reporting.
