Partner with programs and leaders to support accreditation, manage quality systems, analyse data and trends, lead quality improvement initiatives, and support incident and feedback management to improve customer safety, governance and service delivery across community healthcare services.

Manage accurate recognition, reconciliation and reporting of grant and contract revenue. Oversee billing, collections and invoicing, lead a small finance/billing team, support month- and year-end close, prepare forecasts and variance analyses, strengthen controls and audit readiness, and drive process improvements while partnering with operational stakeholders.

Provide family-centred early childhood intervention for young children with developmental delays under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. Conduct assessments and observations, deliver evidence-informed supports, coach families and caregivers in everyday environments, connect families to community supports, maintain accurate records in NDIS systems, and guide families through NDIS processes in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.

Provide holistic financial counselling to individuals and families experiencing vulnerability: intake, assessment, tailored support plans, advocacy and negotiation with creditors, risk assessment (including family violence), referrals, recordkeeping, community engagement, and contributing to program development and reporting.

The Early Years Specialist will support families in child development, provide tailored interventions, connect families to services, and document progress while guiding them through NDIS processes.

Deliver family-centred early intervention through the Early Supports Program. Partner with families to build capacity, coach caregivers, assess child development, promote inclusion and community participation, and apply evidence-informed best practices in early childhood support. Provide outreach across specified regions and engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration.
