Process accurate, compliant fortnightly payrolls; handle payroll queries; maintain data integrity through audits; prepare statutory and organisational reports (ABS, WGEA, PLSL); support payroll-related legislation compliance; improve payroll systems and assist People & Culture with education and continuous improvement.

Provide person-centred NDIS support coordination: build relationships, help participants use their plans, coordinate services, advocate, monitor plan progress, prepare NDIA reports, record and claim hours, and contribute to continuous improvement and team learning.

Provide front-line reception and administrative support for a youth mental health centre: welcome clients, manage phone enquiries and bookings, maintain confidential records, coordinate referrals and clinician schedules, support meetings and events, perform data entry, and work with clinicians and external partners to ensure smooth, person-centred service delivery.
