Serves as Engineer of Record when needed and develops safe civil engineering solutions. Supports business development through client engagement, pursuits, technical proposals, presentations, and industry participation. Requires a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with extensive highway design and multidisciplinary project management experience.

Supports business development and marketing by sourcing opportunities, coordinating RFP and RFQ responses, creating proposal and presentation content, maintaining CRM records and marketing materials, supporting branding and social media initiatives, and representing the firm at industry events. The role collaborates with engineers, business development leaders, and internal and external marketing teams while managing multiple deadlines.

Designs and reviews electrical engineering plans for transportation technology and systems projects, including signalization, lighting, utilities, intelligent transportation systems, and tolling. Serves as Engineer of Record, prepares technical documents, performs calculations and inspections, coordinates design activities, and provides construction-phase services. Mentors junior staff, manages technical assignments, supports proposals and business development, and ensures compliance with applicable engineering standards and client requirements.
