Supports business development through copyediting, copywriting, resume and project record management, and subconsultant coordination. Oversees website and social analytics, collaborates with outsourced web developers, and ensures deliverables meet accessibility, quality, accuracy, and brand standards.

Leads major highway programs from scope development through delivery, managing budgets, schedules, teams, client relationships, invoicing, quality control, and additional services. Serves as Engineer of Record when needed and develops safe civil engineering solutions. Supports business development through client engagement, pursuits, technical proposals, presentations, and industry participation. Requires a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with extensive highway design and multidisciplinary project management experience.
