Embed DFM in product teams, drive process engineering, tooling, MES and ATE implementation, commission robotic assembly and automated test, manage daily line operations, yield and quality metrics, and scale production through MRR to full-rate manufacturing.

Accountable for spacecraft system architecture, SRD and ICDs, requirements traceability, and system-level V&V. Own spacecraft electrical architecture, lead integration/test campaigns (FlatSat, TVAC, vibration, EMI/EMC), run SIL/HIL, chair technical review boards, manage configuration/control and CCB concurrence, and drive the program digital thread and MBSE adoption across the organization.

Drive end-to-end antenna system development: own integrated schedules across RF, mechanical, and manufacturing; run gated lifecycle reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR/qualification); maintain and close risk register; coordinate suppliers and contract manufacturers; interface with systems engineering for requirements and verification; shorten design/build/test cycles and unblock teams to ensure timely prototypes and test articles.

Own mission systems engineering for an assigned government contract: decompose requirements, manage ICDs, lead verification & validation and AI&T/integration testing, maintain configuration and digital-thread/MBSE traceability, support customer reviews and contract deliverables, and serve as technical point of contact to the program and customer.

Design, implement, tune, and validate satellite attitude estimation and control algorithms; build and run high-fidelity 6-DOF GNC simulations and Monte Carlo campaigns; integrate GNC into flight software and support HIL testing; develop data analysis tools; follow rigorous software development and configuration management; produce technical documentation and support cross-functional teams and operations.

Lead hands-on detection, hunting, incident response, and vulnerability management across enterprise and cloud environments. Manage month-end close, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts and bank statements, support NetSuite accounting operations, handle accounts payable and vendor payments, assist with audits, tax filings, and internal controls, and support accounting projects and system improvements in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead integration and validation of RF systems for a LEO satellite communications constellation. Develop detailed test plans, design lab and radiated-chamber setups, build test racks, automate test execution (Python), analyze results, root-cause issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for lab, field, and on-orbit testing.

Design, develop, and debug Linux kernel code and device drivers for custom embedded platforms. Port and optimize kernels, handle boot and board bring-up (U-Boot), resolve low-level failures, profile performance, integrate with Yocto/Buildroot CI, collaborate with hardware engineers, and upstream relevant patches.

Serve as the on-site lead for Integrated Antenna Structure (IAS) hardware integration, coordinating structural, RF, and deployment subsystems. Maintain ICDs and interface matrices, track requirements to verification (DOORS/Jama), support deployment and structural test campaigns, develop integration procedures, and escalate integration risks to ensure hardware survives ground and launch environments.

Lead and own ground deployment test program for a large deployable antenna: design gravity-offload rigs, execute deployment tests, capture force/torque and kinematics, establish ground-to-flight correlation, verify repeatability, coordinate with mechanism and structural teams, and contribute to model-test correlation.

Lead end-to-end mechanical design of a deployable payload antenna structure for LEO satellites: concept through detailed design, analysis, qualification (thermal‑vacuum, vibration, shock), drawings/GD&T, manufacturing support, integration, and test. Manage deployment kinematics, mechanisms, and CAD assemblies (SolidWorks).
