The role also mentors engineers and establishes repeatable antenna verification practices.

Build and own E-Space’s internal communications infrastructure, including channels, editorial calendars, intranet content, All Hands meetings, executive messaging, and change communications. Design culture, belonging, recognition, and retention programs in partnership with the People team. Prioritize competing requests, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate company strategy for technical and non-technical employees. Use AI tools to draft and scale communications while maintaining an authentic employee voice. The role is onsite in Arlington, Texas.

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules covering technical, procurement, review, deliverable, and payment milestones. Analyze schedule logic, critical paths, risks, staffing, material commitments, dependencies, and milestone forecasts. Support baseline changes, what-if analysis, corrective actions, government reviews, and management reporting. Maintain objective schedule evidence and prevent unsupported progress reporting. The role requires defense/aerospace program controls experience, advanced scheduling expertise, and eligibility for a Secret-level or higher U.S. Government security clearance.

Designs, deploys, automates, and operates hybrid infrastructure supporting HPC and semiconductor EDA workloads across on-premises, AWS, and Azure environments. Lead communications systems modeling and RF analysis for LEO satellite and NTN systems. Responsibilities include link budgets, channel propagation, antenna and payload modeling, network performance optimization, subsystem integration, test planning, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and cross-functional engineering coordination. The role requires expertise in wireless systems, RF/PHY, signal processing, RAN architecture, 3GPP standards, satellite communications, and MATLAB, C/C++, or Python simulation.

Own end-to-end electrical system and PCBA development for compact, mass-produced consumer devices. Design mixed-signal circuits and high-density PCB layouts in Altium Designer, optimize power and thermal performance, perform simulation and component selection, develop validation strategies, debug hardware, lead design reviews, and support manufacturing yield and cost improvements.

The Senior STA Methodology Engineer will lead timing methodology efforts, architect STA flows, and improve automation for complex SoC designs targeting 5G and IoT applications.

Own the architecture, implementation, integration, and testing of embedded C/C++ MAC software for 5G NR systems. Develop portable MAC-PHY interfaces, real-time communication flows, shared-memory and multicore synchronization, SystemC virtual platforms, and FPGA/ASIC integrations.
