Own the architecture, implementation, integration, and testing of embedded C/C++ MAC software for 5G NR systems. Develop portable MAC-PHY interfaces, real-time communication flows, shared-memory and multicore synchronization, SystemC virtual platforms, and FPGA/ASIC integrations. Debug hardware-software interactions across simulated and physical SoCs, build automated regressions, and coordinate with PHY, firmware, hardware, verification, and systems teams. The role requires expertise in wireless modem software, 5G NR protocols, embedded Linux, RTOS environments, and real-time resource-constrained systems.

Lead and operationalize the global export and trade compliance function: build the team, develop controls and training, manage classification and licensing (CCL/USML), serve as Empowered Official, liaise with US government agencies, support customs/imports and supply chain, conduct audits, and provide regulatory guidance on ITAR/EAR/FTR/OFAC.

Own end-to-end supply chain for assigned programs: procurement, part-number creation, PO issuance, inventory control, supplier management, demand forecasting, KPI tracking, cost reduction, BOM review, quality issue resolution, and cross-functional program support. Execute project plans across multiple concurrent programs and prepare operational reports. Occasional supplier travel; no direct reports.
