Designs, integrates, verifies, and qualifies flight RF front-end electronics for spacecraft phased-array antennas and satellite communications. Responsibilities include RF and mixed-signal circuit design, PCB layout, component selection, phased-array calibration, laboratory characterization, environmental qualification, simulation-to-measurement correlation, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also mentors engineers and supports repeatable RF design and verification practices.

Owns day-to-day execution of a government aerospace program, including integrated master scheduling, contract deliverables, cost and schedule performance, risk mitigation, gated reviews, customer communication, compliance, and proposal support. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering and business teams while maintaining alignment between technical execution and contractual commitments.

Designs and maintains observability strategies for distributed telecom and satellite network systems. Deploys monitoring, dashboards, alerting, anomaly detection, distributed tracing, and log aggregation using Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, and ELK. Supports NOC engineers with troubleshooting, fault investigation, escalation, and KPI development for mobile network performance. The role also creates training materials, maintains OSS infrastructure, and helps ensure network reliability against KPI and SLA targets.
