Build and deploy production generative AI and machine learning systems for utility clients. Own engagements end to end, including discovery, architecture, retrieval, model selection, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, operator-facing applications, and post-go-live support. Integrate with client data and business systems, establish AI safety and governance controls, manage scope and risk, and communicate with technical teams and executives. Contribute reusable accelerators, evaluation frameworks, and reference architectures across client engagements.

Leads and mentors transmission planning and interconnection engineers while overseeing power system studies for utilities, IPPs, and ISOs. Manages client relationships, project scope, staffing, budgets, schedules, technical quality, and deliverables. Performs and reviews stability, reliability, congestion, short-circuit, and interconnection analyses; supports business development and executive communication. The role is fully remote with infrequent travel and requires deep power systems expertise, consulting ability, and experience with industry planning tools and reliability standards.

Lead complex AMI and utility technology projects from planning through implementation. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, governance, invoicing, and client expectations. Coordinate utility teams, technical specialists, vendors, system integrators, and field contractors across deployment, integration, testing, data readiness, operational readiness, and change management workstreams. Facilitate executive communication, resolve challenges, and maintain project momentum across distributed teams.

Supports AMI and utility technology implementations through test strategy development, requirements traceability, test execution, defect resolution, data-flow validation, and data-quality reviews. Analyzes system exceptions and operational reports, validates meter and installation records, and helps establish sustainable data-management, quality-assurance, remediation, and escalation processes. Provides documentation, training, coaching, and implementation support to utility clients, vendors, integrators, and field teams.

Lead full-cycle, consultative sales for utility-focused data science solutions: nurture leads, manage complex opportunities, collaborate with SMEs and business units, drive executive-level conversations, and close deals to modernize grid reliability and customer engagement.

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems and pipelines. Develop reusable Python packages, RAG/LLM integrations, agentic workflows, evaluation/monitoring frameworks, optimized data queries, and MLOps practices while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, lakes, and infrastructure using Databricks, Spark, Python, and AWS. Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver data products, ensure data quality and governance, implement DevOps/SDLC practices, mentor junior engineers, and evaluate new data technologies.

Serve as an embedded strategic HR partner for market unit leaders, driving workforce planning, org design, compensation analysis, performance coaching, complex employee relations, HR technology adoption, and harmonization of job architecture across a remote, multi-jurisdictional workforce.
