Lead and grow E Source's interconnection practice, manage technical delivery and client relationships, guide teams on transmission planning and interconnection across major ISOs/RTOs, support developers through the full interconnection lifecycle, drive business development, and represent the firm at industry events.

Prepare and post customer invoices and payments, support collections and billing setup in NetSuite/SuiteProjects, handle customer and internal communications for billing issues, assist month-end AR close and reconciliations, support audits and external data requests, and identify process improvements to streamline accounts receivable operations.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Storm Insights; own backlog and translate priorities into epics, features, and user stories; collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers; run agile ceremonies; validate releases and coordinate UAT; synthesize client feedback and utility operational data to improve storm readiness and restoration workflows.
