Lead and manage research, evaluation, and advisory projects for utility clients. Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, oversee project teams, ensure scope/schedule/budget alignment, perform quality control, author client deliverables, and mentor junior staff while communicating technical findings to varied audiences.

Analyze energy efficiency program data, develop and evaluate methodologies to quantify electric and fossil fuel savings, calculate energy and demand savings for prescriptive and custom measures, conduct on-site verification, produce technical reports and presentations, and support additional evaluation and research activities.
