Vehicle Technicians will inspect, service, diagnose, repair, upgrade, and prepare stored and sustainment fleet vehicles. Responsibilities include completing follow-on maintenance, rectifying defects, performing reworks, meeting mandatory inspection requirements, maintaining fleet asset records, and complying with health and safety procedures. The role requires vehicle maintenance qualifications, diagnostic skills, PPE, and completion of BPSS checks.

Perform full caravan retrofit projects from strip-down to handover, including trim removal/refit, bodywork, light mechanical and minor electrical installations, and bespoke custom modifications to high-quality standards.

Maintain, repair, service, diagnose, and overhaul specialist military and heavy vehicles. Conduct safety inspections, defect rectification, equipment examinations, and mechanical/electrical repairs to strict quality and production standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain fleet availability for live training exercises while following site health and safety policies.

Perform diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, repairs, rectification and reworks on stored and sustainment fleet vehicles to ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance with mandatory inspections and site H&S policies.
