Lead the Plant Quality Engineering team to embed quality in manufacturing, support NPI, manage escalations and CAPA, run investigations (8D, 5 Why, DMAIC), conduct audits, maintain PFMEAs and control plans, drive continuous improvement and KPI/statistical analysis to reduce defects and cost of poor quality.

Lead design, implementation and optimisation of manufacturing processes for new motorcycle models. Manage a team of process engineers, apply Lean/Six Sigma, drive continuous improvement, ensure process validation, SOPs, safety, ISO compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and quality.

Perform sheet metal repair, forming, straightening and surface finishing of vehicle body panels. Assist with BIW component conversion and assembly to OEM quality standards, ensuring production efficiency and high-quality finishes.
