Manages staffing, design intent, design reviews, deadlines, milestones, safety compliance, product visualization, and team development. The role requires a technical engineering degree, project management experience, design software knowledge, and turbine packaging expertise. Work is primarily in person in the Houston area with up to 20% travel and field or shop exposure.

Leads and develops a team of mechanical subject matter experts supporting the engineering portfolio. Drives technical solutions for complex packaging and engine opportunities, collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams, and ensures compliance with safety procedures and business processes. Oversees training, technical communication, and operational support. This is a full-time, in-person role in The Woodlands, Texas, with travel up to 20%.

Provides strategic and technical leadership for mechanical engineering, project engineering, subject matter expertise, and product data management. Leads turbine packaging design, 3D modeling, engineering change processes, vendor management, project timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with electrical, controls, automation, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Oversees engineering managers, training, safety compliance, and technical development for active and future product lines.

The Product Data Management Engineer assesses project requirements, creates engineering specifications, develops and validates mechanical designs, and releases models and drawings. The role manages CAD and PDM systems, revisions, bills of materials, engineering change workflows, and design requirements. It collaborates with mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, suppliers, and field support teams to deliver safe, cost-effective power-generation products.

Provides specialized mechanical engineering expertise for mobile turbine package design, including engines, gearboxes, and packaging. Resolves complex technical issues, develops design solutions, supports product lines and Supply Chain, collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams, and mentors junior engineers. The role operates across office and shop environments, requires daily in-person attendance, up to 20% travel, and adherence to industrial safety procedures.

Coordinates and executes external B2B marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events. Develops technical marketing collateral, product specification sheets, brochures, presentations, case studies, press releases, and branded content. Supports digital advertising, event logistics, sales enablement, campaign reporting, and brand consistency while collaborating with engineering, sales, leadership, agencies, and other cross-functional teams.
