Lead full-cycle recruitment and interviewing, represent the organization at university and external events, support HR fundamentals (benefits, payroll, merit reviews), liaise with vendors, facilitate onboarding and culture, and grow into HR leadership through professional development.

Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM data quality for direct mail and outreach campaigns; configure campaigns, suppression lists, and NCOA processes; build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards; perform ongoing data cleansing, de-duplication, validation and support cross-functional data requests.

Provide high-trust, day-to-day support to the CEO: manage calendar and travel logistics, anticipate needs, organize files and correspondence, handle errands, support projects, and maintain confidentiality. Work in-office five days per week with occasional after-hours availability and a flexible, 'whatever it takes' approach.

Design and implement web, email, and app UX/UI; produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs; code front-end components (HTML/CSS/JS); optimize for performance, accessibility, and conversions; run A/B tests; contribute to design system and collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver mission-aligned digital experiences.

Own accounts payable, account reconciliations, inventory transactions, and fixed-asset tracking. Support sales tax compliance, month-end close, and annual audits. Collaborate cross-functionally, refine processes, and lead special accounting projects to ensure accurate financial records.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce features using SFRA. Implement frontend templates (ISML, SCSS), modern JavaScript, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Administer Business Manager metadata, troubleshoot issues, improve UX, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support multi-site and cartridge integrations.
