Plan, coordinate, and execute donor-focused special events end-to-end: vendor management, on-site logistics, donor communications, volunteer/staff leadership, and post-event follow-up to ensure flawless experiences and measurable results.

Lead and protect the visual brand across digital and print, maintain and evolve brand guidelines, mentor designers, review assets for world-class standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align aesthetics with strategic goals, and ensure consistent brand execution.

Execute aggressive earned and paid media outreach for books and campaigns, pitch and secure interviews/features, cultivate a media contact database, collaborate with creative teams, and produce weekly impact reports tracking placements and reach. Must relocate to Greater Cincinnati (relocation assistance provided).
