What You'll Do
- Support & Refine Processes: Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
- Optimize HR Systems: Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
- Provide Team Support: Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Contribute to Projects: Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.

This role is located in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is why we offer paid housing for our interns!
