The Director of Compensation drives the development of pay for performance programs, manages compensation strategies, and ensures program effectiveness while collaborating with leadership and external partners.

Lead modernization and operation of Dutch Bros' data platform: design, build, and maintain scalable Snowflake-based data pipelines and infrastructure, enable real-time ETL/ELT, support analytics and ML workflows, implement CI/CD and IaC, ensure data governance and security, and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.

Lead design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting. Partner with HR and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, manage integrations, reporting, testing, releases, and stakeholder communications to improve employee experience and HR processes.
