Partner with Finance and Global Business Services to design, build, and maintain BI and analytics solutions (dashboards, semantic models, pipelines). Translate requirements into reports and AI-ready datasets, ensure data governance and quality, leverage generative AI and NL querying, manage analytics backlog, and liaise with Enterprise BI and Data & AI teams to support financial planning, reporting, and shared-services operations.

Lead and execute end-to-end month-end close in SAP including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and FX revaluation; ensure US GAAP compliance; reconcile intercompany balances; support audits; prepare and analyze trial balances, balance sheet and P&L; handle costing, inventory counts, tax submissions and pricing uploads; identify process automation improvements and provide segment trainings.

Owner of master data objects (customer, vendor, pricing, material, accounting) ensuring data integrity and quality across SAP, Ariba, SNOW and Salesforce. Acts as MDM SME, troubleshoots issues, prepares load files, supports testing and audits, enforces data standards, and coordinates cross-functional data clean-up and governance.

Lead technical improvements and transfers for high-volume production lines to improve equipment reliability, product quality, changeover time, safety, and cost reduction; develop procedures and training; support projects to meet departmental objectives.

Manage and grow key distribution and trade accounts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Deliver territory revenue and budget targets, develop deep customer relationships, identify new business, contribute market intelligence to regional strategy, improve commercial processes, report territory performance, and represent Procell internally and externally.

Lead industrial automation and digitization across manufacturing sites, implementing data collection, MES/MOM/SCADA support, machine communication, predictive analytics and ML to improve productivity, machine health, and decision-making. Build site capabilities, set standards, collaborate with IT/ops/R&D, and travel internationally ~25-35%.

Lead commercial finance and FP&A activities: partner with Sales and Marketing, drive forecasting and budgeting in Oracle PBCS, produce managerial reporting, perform trade and promotional ROI analysis, maintain pricing/customer data, and support Turkiye statutory compliance, tax filings, and local banking operations.

Support Accounts Payable operations for E&A and LA regions: process invoices, resolve mismatches, perform vendor/GR-IR reconciliations, track queries, meet KPIs/SLAs, and assist AP projects and regional AP function.

Design and implement mechanical and process solutions for high-speed manufacturing and automation. Lead trials from lab prototypes to production scale, analyze data to recommend improvements, manage contractors for equipment design/startup, and support continuous loss-reduction and cross-functional collaboration. Role requires domestic and international travel (2525-3525).

Support front-end engineering and new product development to transfer lithium battery manufacturing technologies to plant level. Lead on-site process validation, establish process capability and control plans, optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement, and train operations teams. Collaborate with global R&D, engineering, suppliers, and QA to ensure quality, yield, and cost standards.
