Owns engineering and optimization of assigned manufacturing processes and equipment. Identifies and eliminates process losses using data analysis, root-cause investigation, centerline optimization, statistical process control, and continuous improvement. Leads equipment standards, change management, validation, capital projects, startups, troubleshooting, standard work, training, and cross-site knowledge sharing. This individual-contributor role spends approximately 80% of its time on the plant floor and develops technical expertise for a designated process.

Leads Duracell’s strategic Metcash relationship in Australia and New Zealand. Owns revenue, profit, value share, customer marketing, promotional execution, pricing, joint business planning, negotiations, and in-store execution. Partners cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Demand Planning, and Product Supply to deliver commercial growth, improve forecasts, manage investment ROI, and strengthen customer relationships.

Engineering intern supporting battery manufacturing process improvements and new initiative qualifications. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, documenting process and instrumentation diagrams, identifying improvement opportunities, potentially designing processes or equipment, following facility safety procedures, and providing project updates. The role is intended for junior or senior Chemical or Mechanical Engineering students interested in battery-cell chemical processes.
