The VP of Data & AI Engineering leads Duck Creek's enterprise data and AI strategy, overseeing global teams, implementing scalable platforms, and ensuring data governance and responsible AI practices.

Manage and support Azure, AWS, Windows, and Linux environments: install, configure, automate, monitor, patch, troubleshoot, and document infrastructure. Provide on-call support, participate in projects, and collaborate to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Manage client projects end-to-end to deliver on time, within scope and budget. Define scope, create detailed project plans, track progress, manage changes, report/escalate, maintain documentation, produce presentations, and create process maps and spreadsheets. Requires client-facing coordination and travel.
