TITLE: WorkDay Administrator and Developer

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The WorkDay Developer/Administrator at Duck Creek Technologies is a developer role responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of our WorkDay application. This dynamic role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance the company's digital presence and improve operational efficiency. 

  • Develop and maintain WorkDay integrations, reports, and dashboards. 

  • Configure and manage WorkDay modules including HCM, Payroll, and Financials. 

  • Perform system administration tasks such as user access management, security configuration, and system monitoring. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

  • Design and implement custom solutions to meet business needs. 

  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality. 

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WorkDay-related issues. 

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. 

  • Stay updated with WorkDay releases and enhancements, and implement new features as needed. 

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the WorkDay system. 

  • Train and support end-users on WorkDay functionalities and best practices. 

  • Participate in project planning and execution for WorkDay-related initiatives. 

  • Perform all other duties and activities as required. 

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in WorkDay development and administration. 

  • Strong knowledge of WorkDay HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules. 

PREFERRED:

  • WorkDay certification in one or more modules. 

  • Experience in a global software company or similar industry. 

  • Proficiency in WorkDay Studio, EIB, and WorkDay Report Writer.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Proficiency in WorkDay integration tools and technologies. 

  • Knowledge of HR and financial processes and best practices. 

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools. 

  • Experience with data migration and data management. 

  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements. 

  • Strong project management skills. 

  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards. 

  • Ability to provide training and support to end-users. 

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 

WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW:  

Travel:  0-10%

Location: Remote Poland

Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of job location. The Company does not sponsor visa petitions for this position.
