Responsibilities include project design and delivery, permitting, proposals, budgets, schedules, quality control, client relationships, business development, office operations, and mentoring junior engineers. Requires a professional engineering license and substantial leadership experience.

Engineering internship providing hands-on experience through meaningful client projects, project meetings, training, documentation, site visits, and collaborative problem-solving. Interns receive mentorship while developing technical skills, learning engineering software and tools, and gaining exposure to safety standards, professional ethics, and real-world engineering practices across disciplines such as civil, environmental, structural, MEP, transportation, water, and building systems.

Designs and reviews CAD work, develops specifications, prepares reports, performs engineering calculations, and supports HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building, and site development projects. The role works within a fast-paced, team-oriented building services division and requires or supports obtaining a Maine Professional Engineer license.
