Designs and maintains Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, automated workflows, and HR reporting tools. Analyzes workforce trends, attrition, staffing, and hiring demand; cleans and validates data from multiple HR systems; processes personnel movement and manpower records; supports data calls and onboarding readiness; documents procedures and governance; and audits reporting accuracy and sensitive-data protection.

Provides administrative and workforce support for hiring, personnel actions, staffing documentation, training requests, and workforce tracking. Prepares and monitors personnel action packages, maintains staffing databases and documentation, tracks vacancies and training, supports managers, records meetings, and recommends process improvements while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Develop, maintain, and migrate AEM Adaptive and XFA PDF forms; create custom AEM components and integrations; perform DHS Trusted Tester accessibility testing (Section 508/WCAG 2.2 AA); document findings (ACRs/VPATs), verify remediation, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver accessible digital solutions.

Support talent acquisition and internship programs by coordinating Recruitment Advisory Board operations, scheduling and facilitating interviews, maintaining recruitment records and metrics, performing staffing analytics and workforce planning, representing NAVSEA at recruiting events, and identifying process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
