Supports government programs through project financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, cost performance reporting, and contract closeout. Develops Estimates at Completion, reconciles financial data, monitors cost and schedule variances, manages contractual deliverables, and coordinates with project managers, vendors, clients, and stakeholders. The role also supports financial and personnel operations, process improvements, and compliance with federal contracting requirements.

Analyzes operational and business performance data, develops Power BI and Tableau dashboards, automates workflows with Power Automate, and prepares leadership reports. The role integrates data from multiple sources, supports ERP and SharePoint administration, coordinates data submissions, improves business processes, maintains documentation, and provides analytical support to government and military command stakeholders.

Develops compliant, competitive pricing models for government proposals, covering labor, materials, subcontractors, and indirect rates. Ensures adherence to FAR, DFARS, TINA, and certified cost or pricing data requirements. Analyzes historical costs and rate forecasts, coordinates subcontractor pricing data calls, prepares cost volumes and narratives, and supports audits, negotiations, proposal reviews, and contractual risk assessment. Maintains pricing tools and templates while contributing to business management and operations.
