Support talent acquisition and internship programs by coordinating Recruitment Advisory Board operations, scheduling and facilitating interviews, maintaining recruitment records and metrics, performing staffing analytics and workforce planning, representing NAVSEA at recruiting events, and identifying process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Provide administrative and operational support to HR and Infrastructure leadership: manage calendars, travel (DTS), correspondence per Navy manual, timekeeping and personnel actions, training administration, procurement, records management, meeting logistics, and special projects to ensure organizational readiness and compliance.
