Responsibilities include optimizing PCB layouts for SWaP, complying with MIL-STD-704 and MIL-STD-461, using EDA tools for power, thermal, and signal integrity analysis, and executing laboratory hardware verification. Requires electrical engineering expertise, power electronics experience, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance.

Design, develop, deploy, test, and demonstrate mission-planning applications supporting aviation and weapons planning. Collaborate with customers and teammates to define requirements, review code, integrate changes, research emerging technologies, and create prototypes. The role also coordinates team workflow, prioritizes tasks, presents solutions, and develops software using C#, Razor, Java, and modern .NET web frameworks.

Develop mission-critical software supporting U.S. Special Operations and warfighters. Collaborate with engineering teammates and clients to plan projects, solve technical issues, present solutions, and deliver full-life-cycle software systems. Preferred work includes mission planning applications, desktop and web development, cross-platform applications, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Lead product strategy and roadmap development for aerospace mission-planning software supporting defense and warfighter needs. Serve as a SAFe Product Manager by managing backlogs, defining features, coordinating multiple development teams, gathering user feedback, and supporting testing, compliance, and acceptance. Drive cross-functional collaboration, workflow transparency, governance, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement across an Agile Release Train.

Design, develop, deploy, test, and demonstrate mission planning applications for special operations aviation. Contribute to CI, peer review, prototypes, and research; collaborate with teammates and present solutions to clients while learning emerging technologies.

Design, develop, deploy, and demonstrate mission-focused weapons planning software for DoW. Translate complex planning data into actionable insights, architect scalable solutions, lead feature development, support R&D projects, and collaborate with teammates and clients to deliver production-ready mission planning systems.

The internship offers transitioning service members hands-on experience in tech and defense fields through roles in software engineering, project management, and financial analysis, alongside experienced professionals.
