Responsibilities — What you’ll do:

Required Qualifications — We need someone who:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
  • Actively programs with one or more of the following languages: C, C++, C#, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, or Typescript
  • Is a motivated and energetic developer that manages time well and can prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Engages with teammates, both virtually and face-to-face, to plan projects, seek out or provide help on issues, as well as present solutions to clients

Preferred Qualifications — Bonus points if you:

  • Has a background in developing mission planning applications for USASOAC, with specific focus on supporting the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment
  • Have experience using Windows Presentation Foundation for .Net Desktop Development
  • Have experience using Web frameworks such as React, Node.js, Vue.js, Next.js, ASP.NET, or Angular
  • Have any experience developing cross platform applications using Kotlin Multiplatform or .Net MAUI
  • Have examples of code or applications you’ve built that we can check out
  • Can demonstrate proficiency with AI-Assisted software development workflows
  • Received one or more Scrum, Microsoft, Google Developer certifications or any other technical certifications

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
  • Active programming experience in at least one of C, C++, C#, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript

  • Ability to collaborate with teammates, seek or provide assistance, and present solutions to clients
