Supports channel marketing strategy and execution for distributors and partners, including product launches, sales enablement, campaigns, partner content, events, onboarding materials, and lifecycle marketing. Translates technical product information into effective marketing assets, monitors HubSpot campaign and lead data, prepares performance insights, and recommends improvements. Collaborates with sales, product, regulatory, quality, creative, and external partner teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant materials.

Leads accounting and finance operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, cash management, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and audit compliance. Partners with executive leadership to analyze business performance, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, manage working capital, automate reporting, and support strategic investments. Supervises and develops the accounting and finance team.
