The role serves as the senior client interface and manages a multidisciplinary team while maintaining contractor advisory boundaries and supporting transition between project phases.

Provides administrative and executive support to FDA leadership and program staff by managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, briefing materials, action-item trackers, records, travel logistics, procurement transactions, visitors, and stakeholder activities. Maintains confidentiality, coordinates with federal offices and external partners, tracks deadlines, identifies administrative issues, and ensures timely communication and accurate documentation within established FDA procedures.

Leads a two-phase FDA organizational effectiveness and mission execution engagement. Advises senior federal leaders, manages FFP scope, staffing, schedules, risks, quality, and deliverables, and oversees organizational assessments, redesign, workforce planning, succession planning, facilitation, and implementation roadmaps. Maintains contractor advisory boundaries, protects sensitive information, and leads a multidisciplinary consulting team through rapid, high-visibility delivery.

Provides end-to-end federal position classification services for FDA centers and programs. Reviews and develops position descriptions, applies OPM classification standards to determine occupational series, titles, grades, and pay plans, conducts desk audits, supports reviews and appeals, maintains audit files, and performs quality control. The role also coordinates with stakeholders, prepares evaluation statements, tracks classification actions, and delivers progress reporting to support compliance and workforce planning.

Develops, deploys, and maintains complex responsive web applications, databases, APIs, and geospatial solutions for public health and federal government clients. Responsibilities include feature development, requirements analysis, database administration, scripting and automation, performance tuning, security configuration, user management, troubleshooting, documentation, and creation of interactive mapping products. The role follows Agile DevOps practices and requires collaboration with analysts, epidemiologists, business owners, and technical teams.

Leads end-to-end business development and capture activities for federal opportunities, primarily with the Defense Health Agency and Military Health System. Develops capture strategies, competitive analyses, teaming plans, win themes, solutions, and proposal presentations. Builds government and industry relationships, guides proposal teams, researches markets and competitors, supports pricing and marketing strategy, and mentors team members while applying AI, ML, NLP, and automation to business development.
