Responsibilities include implementing features, managing data flows, administering geodatabases, automating analysis and reporting, integrating APIs, troubleshooting systems, monitoring performance, supporting user management, and producing cartographic products. The role collaborates with analysts and stakeholders, follows Agile DevOps and government SDLC practices, and supports requirements, documentation, testing, and system enhancements.

Administer and support AWS-hosted IT infrastructure, including Drupal CMS on a LAMP stack. Configure, patch, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux systems, servers, storage, networks, mobile devices, and cloud services. Resolve complex infrastructure and integration issues, provide help desk support, optimize capacity and performance, maintain system integrity, and support system architecture design. The role requires experience with SOLR, Elasticsearch, and related search infrastructure, with Akamai and Acquia experience preferred.

Administer and monitor MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server databases supporting a high-traffic FDA website. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, backups, recovery testing, security, access management, troubleshooting, Linux/UNIX administration, CMS integration, compliance, documentation, and collaboration on releases and migrations.

Build, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize native Android applications using Kotlin or Java. Implement offline synchronization, secure authentication, encrypted storage, API integrations, responsive interfaces, device-level functionality, cloud connectivity, and mobile release pipelines.
