Design and optimize user interfaces and experiences for public health web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing, produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensure 508/WCAG accessibility and CDC standard compliance, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, iterate on designs, and support implementation and QA.

Support HR operations including new hire processing, orientation, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits and payroll tracking, leave administration, vendor and IT asset coordination, performance review and 401(k) support, manage HR inbox and trackers, and assist with open enrollment and employee recognition programs.
