Design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic AI systems to augment workflows for TAP programs. Implement prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, tool integration, human-in-the-loop controls, testing, benchmarking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver safe, reliable AI automation.

Support HR operations including new hire processing, orientation, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits and payroll tracking, leave administration, vendor and IT asset coordination, performance review and 401(k) support, manage HR inbox and trackers, and assist with open enrollment and employee recognition programs.
