Design, develop, deploy, and maintain web-based GIS applications and geospatial databases for public health use. Build features from requirements, automate analysis with scripting, administer enterprise geodatabases, produce cartographic products, and support performance, security, and user management following Agile/DevOps and government SDLC.

Lead end-to-end capture and business development efforts targeting NIH and VA opportunities. Develop capture strategies, manage proposal development, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, mentor teams, drive win themes and pricing, and incorporate AI/ML/NLP and automation into BD processes to win large, competitive federal contracts.

Provide project and program management and technical support for FDA Controlled Substance initiatives. Plan and track projects, conduct research and document development, coordinate stakeholders and meetings, manage data and SharePoint repositories, prepare briefings and reports, and support day-to-day operations for the Divisions of Psychiatry and Anesthesia/Addiction Medicine.
