Lead end-to-end capture and business development for high-priority federal opportunities (NIH, VA and others). Develop capture strategies, coordinate proposal teams, manage win themes, build customer relationships, and leverage market intelligence and AI/ML/NLP tools to win large, complex contracts. Mentor team members and contribute to corporate growth and marketing initiatives.

Lead proposal development and BD operations for federal opportunities: manage proposal process, analyze RFPs, maintain opportunity CRM records, produce compliance matrices and templates, coordinate schedules, write/ edit management sections and past performance, report BD metrics, and support capture activities and final production to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.

Develop, implement, and enhance SharePoint Online sites and Microsoft Power Platform applications (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Support requirements analysis, testing, user support, and documentation while ensuring compliance with FDA UX guidelines and GCC environment constraints.
