Monitors regional and international newspapers, television, radio, websites, and social media for client mentions. Analyzes media trends, prepares newsletters and client reports, maintains monitoring feeds and system records, and escalates potential communications crises. The role also supports client account setup, service metrics, system checks, issue tracking, competitor research, and coordination with international providers.
