Design and develop mechanical and thermal management solutions for military radar systems, from concept through mass production. Perform CAD and simulation, build test fixtures and PoC setups, conduct lab testing, support existing products and ECOs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on mechanical, thermal, and enclosure designs.

Manage receiving, storing, inventory control and issue of materials in a manufacturing warehouse. Operate forklift, maintain computerized inventory/WMS and use ERP systems to track stock and support production. Work day shift with possible overtime and rotating Fridays; company transport available from nearby towns.

Manage assembly production operations, lead team leaders, enforce production plans and KPIs, drive continuous improvement and 5S, train staff, and collaborate with planning, engineering, and QA to meet quality and delivery targets.

Lead daily assembly line operations and supervise production teams to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets. Train and mentor staff, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with engineering, PP&C, QA, and logistics, and drive Lean continuous improvement in a defense manufacturing environment.

Provide manufacturing engineering support for electronic assemblies: troubleshoot digital, RF and power boards; lead failure analysis, cost reduction, and yield improvements; plan experiments; support NPI and transfer to serial production; manage SMT subcontractor processes; review DFM/DFA; perform lab validation (Dye & Pry, metallography, strain gauge); present technical reports and support configuration management.

Provide day-to-day engineering support for SMT production lines: monitor and optimize processes, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support NPI and process qualification, maintain documentation, analyze production data to improve yield and efficiency, work with SMT equipment (printer, pick-and-place, reflow, SPI, AOI, X-Ray), and ensure IPC/ESD compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Assemble, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot manual and automated hardware/software test systems for radar products. Perform RF calibration and support factory test infrastructure (anechoic chambers, ESS equipment). Support engineering projects, implement new test systems, and resolve electronic circuit issues through root cause analysis.

Serve as a strategic HR partner advising leadership and employees, lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and HR analytics to improve organizational effectiveness.

Develop AI models and algorithms for new products, analyze data, collaborate with engineers, and keep updated with AI trends.

Provide PMO support for R&D projects: track work plans, manage resources and risks, maintain project control systems, coordinate with factory/procurement/production, oversee timelines, assist integration/validation, and manage subcontractor compliance and financials.

Lead finance for Israel and Rest-of-World operations, partnering with senior leadership and BU CFO. Own FP&A, reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, SOX compliance, controls, audits, and governance. Build and develop finance teams, manage matrix reporting, and support international business activities across multicultural environments.

The System Architect at DRS RADA will lead the design of radar-based systems, conduct experiments, analyze performance data, and work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
