Maintain warehouse organization and inventory by sorting, labeling, shelving, and conducting inventory counts. Verify system records, report discrepancies, ensure cleanliness and safety, and perform additional operational tasks as needed.

Provide engineering support for electronic assemblies across the product lifecycle, troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues, perform failure analysis, lead improvement projects (yield, cost), support NPI transfers to production, validate design/process changes, and provide technical support to SMT subcontractors while ensuring manufacturability and compliance with standards.

Plan and manage subcontractor requirements and schedules based on company forecasts; monitor and control demand plans; coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Engineering; identify gaps and lead efficiency improvements; produce reports and KPIs to support management decisions.
