Lead and develop a product engineering team to transfer radar products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, support production and subcontractors, drive root cause analysis and CAPA, manage ECO/ECN and documentation, and lead continuous improvement for quality, reliability, yield, and cost reduction.

Lead system architecture and requirements for interceptor and tactical UAS programs. Manage SWaP-C budgets, define interface control documents, lead SRR/PDR/CDR, develop V&V strategies, plan HIL and flight test campaigns, and manage tier‑1 vendor technical SOWs.

Manage all site services (catering, cleaning, transportation, landscaping); oversee contractors and SLAs; conduct site inspections; coordinate daily operations; monitor budgets and expenses; lead continuous improvement and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
