Lead system architecture and requirements for interceptor and tactical UAS programs. Manage SWaP-C budgets, define interface control documents, lead SRR/PDR/CDR, develop V&V strategies, plan HIL and flight test campaigns, and manage tier‑1 vendor technical SOWs.

Manage and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), lead certification and audit activities, oversee corrective/preventive actions, drive regulatory compliance, monitor quality metrics, and lead the quality and regulatory team across development, operations, and production.
