Leads the organization’s marketing and growth strategy across B2C, digital acquisition, CRM, retention, brand, territory, doctor, and channel marketing. Owns revenue growth, patient acquisition, digital bookings, customer lifecycle programs, marketing analytics, ROI, budgeting, agency management, and team development. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Medical, Technology, Customer Experience, and Finance to improve commercial performance across centers and markets.

Leads administration across multiple locations, overseeing facilities, infrastructure, assets, statutory compliance, safety, security, transportation, hygiene, vendors, procurement, and business continuity. The role establishes SOPs, standardizes processes, manages budgets and contracts, tracks administrative KPIs, coordinates legal and regulatory requirements, and develops high-performing teams while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Serve as the first point of contact for laboratory operational issues. Log, categorize, route, monitor, escalate, and close tickets in the LIMS-based WeCARE system while meeting SLA requirements. Communicate status updates about delays, resampling, and sample issues to branches, partners, and internal teams. Maintain complete documentation, support shift handovers, follow escalation procedures, and participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
