Ensure accurate, payroll-ready time and pay data for craft and administrative employees by monitoring timesheet submission, reviewing entries for compliance, resolving pay issues, coordinating corrections with Shared Services Payroll, supporting onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks, and partnering with field teams, People Practice, and unions to deliver consistent payroll processing.

Develop and maintain contract baseline schedules for commercial construction projects. Facilitate collaborative planning sessions, integrate subcontractor input, support resource/cost loading, perform variance and risk analysis, create visual schedule graphics, and assist recovery/mitigation planning. Use Primavera P6 and coordinate with BIM/4D tools where applicable.

Serve as the field-facing connector between project teams, account leadership, and Technology & Innovation groups to translate business needs into scalable data, analytics, integration, and AI solutions. Shape requirements during pursuit and preconstruction, coordinate delivery with US and offsite teams, ensure governance/compliance, lead integration approaches, manage UAT/QA, support Power BI analytics, and prioritize reusable, scalable AI and data solutions across projects.

Field-facing analyst who translates project needs into scalable data, analytics, integration, and AI solutions. Engages early in pursuits, defines integration approaches, coordinates UAT and delivery with onshore/offshore teams, ensures governance and contractual compliance, drives standardization and reuse, and provides hands-on Power BI analytics and proof-of-concept support across construction projects.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives.
