Act as the local People Practices representative delivering best-in-class employee and candidate experiences. Manage onboarding/offboarding, training logistics, interview coordination, early career programs, local people events, basic employee relations, and Workday updates. Partner with People Practices leaders, Centers of Excellence, and People Operations to connect employees and coaches to resources and ensure inclusive employee lifecycle support. Expected to support on-site project needs or work hybrid for corporate services.

Serve as local People Practices representative delivering employee and candidate experiences: onboarding, interview coordination, training logistics, event planning, early-career recruitment support, basic employee relations, onboarding/offboarding administration, and local execution of People Practices programs. Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence. Role is full-time on-site with weekly travel to Monroe, LA.

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects, managing costs, schedules, and team development to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Lead development of internal construction products by managing Product Owners, partnering with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, oversee agile delivery, and measure adoption, quality, and business impact. Responsible for strategy, UX collaboration, build vs. buy analysis, release management, and team performance management across distributed teams.

Lead preconstruction and project engineering activities on commercial projects: enforce safety and contracts, manage/mentor project staff, control schedules, document control, cost tracking, change orders, billing, and coordinate meetings and submittals.

Lead employee communications for DPR megaprojects by developing strategy, overseeing content production and quality, supervising project communications staff, aligning messaging with leadership and culture, coordinating measurement and reporting, and managing vendors and budgets to drive engagement and consistency across channels.

Lead external communications for DPR megaprojects, oversee a team of communications professionals, develop media relations and crisis communications strategies, coordinate editorial and content planning, align messaging with stakeholders, track performance metrics, and ensure brand and legal compliance.

Provide front-desk and office administrative support: greet visitors, answer phones, handle mail and shipping, manage conference rooms and catering, assist with mobile devices, liaise with facilities, and perform general administrative duties Monday–Friday.

Manage day-to-day execution and financials of commercial construction projects, lead project teams, control costs, schedules and risk, coordinate with owners/architects, mentor engineers, and ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.

Coordinate and execute regional marketing events and outreach, maintain event calendars and databases, manage invitations and tradeshow logistics, produce branded event materials and signage, collaborate with marketing, communications, design, and BD teams, and ensure alignment with DPR brand and strategy.

Provide in-person administrative support at Dallas office: process and reconcile POs and invoices via Coupa, maintain vendor/employee files, handle customer orders, data entry, and general office management while supporting internal and external relationships.

Paid, full-time summer internship for rising high school juniors, seniors, or recent graduates. Interns work 35–40 hours/week on active commercial jobsites, supporting construction management tasks such as subcontractor coordination, document control, quality inspections, safety training, schedule and site-plan updates, and project documentation. Program includes mentorship and an 8-week capstone project focused on career exploration and professional skill development.

Oversee cost engineer and admin staff to manage project cost control, forecasting, change order process, owner reporting and contract compliance. Advise executives, PMs and engineers on cost strategy, QC CMiC data, produce internal and external monthly reports, conduct training, resolve disputes, liaise with scheduling, and manage subcontract account administration and financial reviews.

Manage daily Santa Clara office operations including supervising office support staff, vendor and facility coordination, invoice coding and budgeting, safety and WELL compliance, space planning, event planning, internal communications, onboarding/logistics support, and P-Card liaison. Requires 5+ years administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and daily onsite presence.

Lead on-site project cost controls and a small team, advising executives and owners on budgets, forecasting, change orders, billing, and contract compliance. Develop processes, KPIs, reports, and training; monitor CMiC/owner financials; resolve disputes; oversee subcontract accounts and final billing QC; liaise with scheduling and document control.

Lead and support VDC/BIM processes for project teams, configure project BIM platforms, run coordination meetings, provide technical support for model-based project management and construction technology deployment.

Coordinate day-to-day MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), fire/life-safety, low-voltage, and fire protection scopes. Support preconstruction estimating, subcontractor reviews, VDC coordination, commissioning, startup, testing/balancing, owner training, and project closeout while ensuring quality and safety.

Lead deployment and support of VDC/BIM processes and technology across projects; train and mentor teams; develop project-specific BIM/VDC execution strategies; manage VDC engineers; create 4D simulations, tracking metrics/KPIs, BIM contract language, and integrate scheduling with BIM tools to ensure predictable VDC delivery.

Lead the Temporary Electric business line to deliver safe, reliable temporary power solutions. Own safety, service, financial performance, operations, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and manage electrical commercial construction projects end-to-end: oversee project teams, controls, engineering, cost, risk, scheduling, client/architect relationships, and ensure on-time, high-quality, and safe delivery across DPR core markets.
