Coordinate day-to-day MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), fire/life-safety, low-voltage, and fire protection scopes. Support preconstruction estimating, subcontractor reviews, VDC coordination, commissioning, startup, testing/balancing, owner training, and project closeout while ensuring quality and safety.

Develop and maintain contract baseline schedules for commercial construction projects. Facilitate collaborative planning, resource and cost loading, variance reporting, risk input, and recovery planning. Coordinate subcontractor schedules, integrate schedule with BIM/4D tools, and produce visuals and narratives to communicate status and conflicts.

Lead all aspects of a Houston prefabrication plant including production, safety, planning/scheduling, quality, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, budgeting, capacity planning, cross-functional coordination, and workforce development to meet delivery, productivity, and quality targets.
