Act as the local People Practices representative delivering best-in-class employee and candidate experiences. Manage onboarding/offboarding, training logistics, interview coordination, early career programs, local people events, basic employee relations, and Workday updates. Partner with People Practices leaders, Centers of Excellence, and People Operations to connect employees and coaches to resources and ensure inclusive employee lifecycle support. Expected to support on-site project needs or work hybrid for corporate services.

Serve as local People Practices representative delivering employee and candidate experiences: onboarding, interview coordination, training logistics, event planning, early-career recruitment support, basic employee relations, onboarding/offboarding administration, and local execution of People Practices programs. Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with People Practices leaders and Centers of Excellence. Role is full-time on-site with weekly travel to Monroe, LA.

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects, managing costs, schedules, and team development to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
