Teams at DPR Construction

Leads People Practices strategy and execution across assigned business portfolios. Advises senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Oversees People Practices Business Partners and enterprise program implementation, analyzes workforce metrics, leads change initiatives, and partners with Centers of Excellence and operational teams to support workforce capabilities, growth, and business performance.

Supports construction project delivery by reviewing drawings and submittals, coordinating with project teams and contractors, monitoring schedules, budgets, labor productivity, quality, and safety, and maintaining project documentation. Participates in field activities, safety meetings, issue resolution, project meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a construction-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 0–4 years of relevant experience, and OSHA 30-hour training within six months of hire.

Serves as the liaison between DPR and external auditors by coordinating audit requests, validating financial documentation, reviewing schedules and reconciliations, communicating timelines and findings, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining audit-readiness materials. The role supports controls testing, process improvements, documentation enhancements, and accounting staff training while collaborating with finance, operational leaders, trade partners, and audit teams.
