Manage self-perform construction tasks on commercial projects: scope, schedules, cost control, change orders, submittals, shop drawings, site coordination, safety audits, and project billing alongside foremen and project managers.

Implement DPR’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan on self-perform construction projects. Lead safety culture, coach teams, develop site-specific plans, perform audits, manage subcontractor pre-qualification, track and report safety metrics, and maintain regional safety documentation.

Lead development of pursuit and marketing materials for the Nashville Business Unit: qualifications packages, RFP responses, interview presentations, project pages, advertising, events, CRM maintenance, and brand-aligned collateral. Coordinate with pursuit teams, business developers, and communications to produce cohesive content supporting sales and brand consistency.
