Manage sales operations across two dealership locations: coach and train sales teams, oversee showroom and BDC activities, implement CRM follow-up, drive customer satisfaction, ensure delivery processes, and achieve monthly and annual sales and profit targets.

Sell new and used vehicles through consultative, relationship-driven selling. Demonstrate vehicles, develop product knowledge, follow up with buyers, overcome objections, and report to Sales Manager. Maintain professional appearance and flexible schedule to support weekend and evening customer needs.

Lead and coach the dealership sales organization to meet monthly and annual sales, gross, and CSI targets. Hire, train, and mentor sales, BDC, Internet, finance, and service drive teams; implement CRM follow-up, delivery procedures, and showroom/internet traffic strategies.
